Our promise to customers
Simple six step project plan
Complete transparency is our promise to handle all transactions and interactions in plain sight. It means delivering honest, complete, and regular communication to ensure you get the best value for your program investment. We actively review your employee roster so you are not paying for employees that left the company.
Our garment programs are simple. Typically installation of a garment program takes 8 weeks and follows these steps: STEP 1 Pre-install: We will work with you to complete pre-install tasks such as gathering employee lists and determining locker configuation. STEP 2 Sizing: We will work with you to schedule a garment sizing event. Sizing samples will be tried on by employees to ensure proper fit. STEP 3 Fulfillment: Our data entry and apparel services teams will get to work ordering and prepping your garments. STEP 4 Locker Installation: Our team will install and label lockers as well as hanger racks, repair stations, soiled garment bins and signage. STEP 5 Garment Installation: We will place garments in lockers, train employees and provide sample garments for new employees or size changes. STEP 6 Post Installation: We will manage all the details including pick up, delivery, laundering, repairs/upgrades, adding/removing wearers, quality visits and will regularly review a StraightUp! TM Garment Report with you detailing your program and its costs.
StraightUp! TM Garment Report This exclusive, personalized report provides a detailed summary of your entire garment program, making it easy to control and monitor your costs.
