Expera operates 4 paper mills. Until last August ITU AbsorbTech serviced two mills and, at that time, Expera switched from Aramark to ITU AbsorbTech in a third mill due to high costs and multiple service- related problems. Aramark pulled out of the third mill immediately upon learning they were being replaced, and ITU AbsorbTech installed a new program in seven business days.
