ITU AbsorbTech garment processing facilities take effective steps to help ensure we provide clean and safe products to your facility.
Let our Genuine Service Excellence team customize a program to meet your image and safety needs. Your dedicated team will monitor your budget and manage your program completely.
We use Ecolab validated wash formulas, antimicrobial disinfecting products, and hygiene testing services We work with Ecolab Textile Care experts to establish the most effective wash formulas to ensure cleanliness of the garments and towels we service. These products are regularly tested by Ecolab to ensure we are meeting hygienically clean standards. We follow a “Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Process” We have a comprehensive plan to control chemical, microbial and physical hazards in our processing facilities called HACCP, or Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point. Laundered products, applicable work surfaces and equipment are regularly tested to ensure hygienically clean standards.
Our HACCP plan includes extensive training for our employees on the importance of personal hygiene and proper hand washing. Every Critical Control Point work area maintains adequate supplies of anti-bacterial disinfecting and cleansing wipes, and equipment sanitizing stations.
We size all Wenthe-Davidson’s employees by try-on method to ensure a proper fit.

Our account rep schedules quarterly reviews with us to keep us abreast of our costs, usage. [He] implemented a plan to have the route person alert me to any person not turning in uniforms routinely, very helpful in controlling costs.

Your 2019 results Wenthe-Davidson diverted the following solid waste from landfills through ITU AbsorbTech service programs: 1,208 lbs. of industrial wiping towels 907 lbs. of waste oil absorbents 138 lbs. of mop heads

Supporting sustainability objectives (ISO 14001) by conserving water, air, and utilization of raw materials. Eliminating costly waste disposal, manifesting, incineration.

We take ratings and comments seriously in order to measure and track how you value our solutions and services . CQVRs help us: Maintain healthy, regular communications with you. Learn about concerns so we can take action in a proactive manner. Measure our performance and adhere to ISO principles. Discuss additional solutions that address your operational needs. Wow, I wish we would have switched our uniform service to ITU years ago. Their service is so much better than any of the other companies I have worked with (there have been 3) I can’t believe it.
